We launched Roe Wellness on Amazon at zero, scaled it to over $300K/mo, and held the ROAS for twelve straight months.
INTRO

This is the one full-year engagement Carson talks about publicly, and it's the story the rest of Hiloha's playbook is built on. When we took Roe Wellness live on Amazon, there was no brand footprint on the channel — no listings, no reviews, no traffic, no creative library. The brand had product and vision; Amazon was the gap.

CHALLENGE

Launching a skincare brand on Amazon from zero is a category challenge as much as a channel challenge. Skincare is competitive, trust-sensitive, and review-driven. The brand needed to rank, convert, and acquire new customers faster than the category average — all without a back catalog of reviews, social proof, or historical data to anchor the ads.

APPROACH

We ran every lever in parallel: listing architecture built around the category's highest-intent keywords, a full A+ content stack with ingredient storytelling and benefit hierarchy, an in-house creative production pipeline producing lifestyle and infographic imagery, and ad campaigns structured around new-customer acquisition rather than pure ROAS chasing. Every week was a tuning loop — one live KPI meeting, one round of optimization, one round of creative refresh.

RESULT

Over twelve months of operating the account, Roe Wellness went from $0 to over $300K in monthly revenue. New customer orders lifted by 473% year over year, conversion rate lifted by 5% on new customers, and the sustained blended ROAS held at 4× for the entire engagement.
